Worst KFC I ever ate. Not even single time, I got my order right. I really don’t know why and how they work? Even the taste and the cooking style is not like other KFC. It is just that “put something and give it out”

After deciding to order via Menu Log received my order and missing half the meal. Called the store and was told yes they forgot to give driver all my food. And I could go down there and collect missing items, but clearly wanted it delivered so didn't have to go out. Or I could pay another driver to collect what they missed
Very poor management. Had a trainee on who wasn't sure what do and instead of guiding him the manager told him off. Stood waiting for 10 minutes to get served and then there were no clean tables to sit at and we had to share with other people. The entire time we sat there the tables weren't cleaned and I even saw a customer have to get a cloth to wipe down a table so they could sit and eat. Manager and an employee even walked outside for a cigarette whilst we were eating and it was still in a disgusting condition when we left.
Even after repeating the order and asking if it was correct, they still got it wrong
