Myself and my partner normally love coming here foods always fresh and staff is always friendly. We had no problems with the staff what so ever which is always good but when we finally received our food and got home the chips were old like really old and they just seem they didn't wanna bother making new chips we were even asked to wait out the front for the food to be ready which we did patiently wait and it's very upsetting that even tho we waited most of the food was just old and cold
Dirtiest toilets I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I'm not talking about a mess created by a recent customer. I'm talking about a hand basin that would have taken months to build up that much grime and filth. The walls the toilet, the sink, the door - disgusting!
For some reason the chicken here tastes better than most others I've been to. There is one disability parking spot but I normally use drive through. Service is generally good but slows a lot at peak times.
So, after waiting 25 minutes to be served inside I arrive at the the counter and am mumbled at through a face mask to finally get the gist of what he was asking. Can I wait to order as they're busy in the drive through. I said I'd alreay been waiting 25 minutes. The guy then asked me again, did I mind waiting and I said, actually I do. I walked out and past about 6 or 7 other groups of customers waiting behind me. So, to the IGA it was and rarely if ever short staffed. Probably, time KF forked out a few bucks for some extra staff they pay minimum wage to.
I give up on this location. Seems like 9 times out of 10 I get ripped off with something being left out of my order. Latest one is 2 x 4.95 fill up boxes missing the potato & gravy. FFS!
The most consistently good kfc I've ever been to :D
