Extremely slow it seems to take 20 minutes sometimes half hour waiting in the drive thru. I’ve never seen a kfc as slow as this one and it’s always the same

Had a chance to visit kfc Cessnock last night and its almost time where restaurant was about to close and the staff there was very kind enough to help us to clean the tables and helped us for dinning.we really appreciate her help.

Had a mobile order and although there were about half a dozen cars going through the drive-through, I still managed to get my order quite quickly once I passed through the intercom. They had my food ready and was still piping hot when I collected from the window.
