I have had a couple times where chicken has been left out of my order and couple pieces were pink and not cooked properly. Didn't want to risk eating it. Keep going back giving benefit of doubt but no good again.

Dirty inside, walked in and no service over 10 minutes to speak to an employee, the front staff where too busy serving and speaking to their friends to care. After ordering was told they had run out of bacon for my BBQ Bacon stacker, Will not be back
poor service. the girls on had absolutely no clue what they were doing. waited in the lobby for 45 minutes for cold soggy food that sat out on the bench even after people asked for it freshly made as the orders were ready but just not being handed out. don’t recommend. the kids were clueless. poor management not trained properly everyone just stood around
The service was super fast, staff friendly and food was fresh! Happy overall! If I had to nitpick, the lobby area needed a bit of cleaning as there was food on the floor and tables. And the gravy was a bit watery but it didn’t bother me much as this is probably the best KFC I’ve been to in a while. Thank you!
No receipt provided. Through drive though despite card transactiom. Not the first time. Giant feast purchased as usual. Only 13 pieces of chicken provided this time. Tried to check but this time nuggets and chicken thrown together in one box. Last time nuggets missing for the 3rd odd time we've been. Promises of emails to be sent to re-imbursed which never arrive. Staff not qualified/equipped to deal with transactions/ complaints at branch when we phone. They have no care with what they are doing. Disgusting service. We drive from over 10km specially and are not going to drive all the way back EVERY time it happens with hungry kids! There is a serious stock issue ongoing. As clients we are being shorted every time. Not funny. Food overcooked and badly handled into boxes.
Absolute disgrace of a joint. Paid 42 for a variety bucket and not one single piece of chicken breast.!

Just went there an hour ago for DoorDash delivery. The serving speed was extremely terribly slow. One of the other DoorDash driver had been waiting for more than 20 minutes and the same goes to me too. The employees’ hands were moving but they have done nothing even been complained by other customers! They just left the third party delivery orders aside and don’t even accepted any of them. The staff can all be sent back to training and don’t put them in store to waste customers’ time and money to get such a bad service. They were able to put their AirPods on but can’t even done an order also their way of preparing orders was not organised.
