Workers there still got no idea how to make the triple zinger stacker. Last time they forgot my bacon and sauce. Happened again this time so I went back in and told them to fix it, ended up just adding the stuff on and not remaking the burger. Thoroughly disappointed. KFC mona vale made the burger perfectly and it didn't fall apart
KFC food was hot and fresh. Tasty as always. Main bathrooms were out of order though. Semi-convienent stop for KFC out of sydney when heading north.
They make mistakes in upgrading your order adjust the cost and then they forget the to do the upgrade.They did it too me three or 4 times.then I went back to them by phone and got stuck into them. Some of staff do not focus, they read the order monitor and forget what they doing. I do not trust them even though they have given me a free voucher, but they ripped me off, but the chicken was good...
Took forever and forgot sauce, so went back to ask it be added. This was meant to be a two piece fillet burger. It was one cut in half. By this round I gave up on complaining.
Worst KFC franchise I’ve been to. It’s really slow, so prepare to wait a while. I’ve been there twice now where the items I ordered weren’t available but still accepted the order
Typical KFC chain if you lucky come here on a lucky day you will get a quick and sensible service if not that you may have to wait forever. Parking is ok can get busy at times but the path to walk to the front door a bit small and not really 2 way walking. Inside a bit cramped say 4 customers can fill up the front counter already.
Unbelievably fantastic service by Aaron who was the manager today. How lucky that he was there when I came in cause we can get pretty difficult. He was extremely warm and polite and never got impatient with my order. It is rare that you come across such a high standard of competence & efficiency, that's why I really appreciated it. Wish everybody was like this. Thank you for making a busy mum's life so much easier!
