We ordered a bucket of original recepie from this place. It tasted like a cheap knock off rather than the actual KFC chicken. The service was poor too. It looked like a slow night and felt like some staff were not too keen in serving customers. I've had much better from another KFC not too far away. I ll avoid this one

The original chicken was cold and bland, the chips were very cold. I ordered a burger but they didn't have any they said. I came in 30 minutes before closing so I think they were not bothered to make one for me.
Pretty ordinary... Seems the chicken tenders have had some cost cutting. What's up with that Collins Foods? Chips were soggy, popcorn chicken had been overcooked or sat in the warmer for waaaay to long. Customer service was fine hence 3 stars.
Closed drive thru early at 9 pm. Menu lights were off. Girl in second window shaking head at co worker not to open window. Came and opened window anyway and said only had hot and spicy chicken. Very poor customer service.
Very good location, enough parking place, drive through all set up very good. Cleaning not sufficient, toilet design not proper, pulling paper is difficult. Staff very warm. Waiting time is generally longer than expected!!
I went to go to the toilet to wash my hands and it is disgusting i left the store before ordering and I will never eat at this store! I will give the store a negative 4 for cleaning. If this is the state of the wash room, what is the state of the back area in the kitchen like? Extremely disappointed. The store needs to pick up their game. This is so unacceptable in the current health crisis we are in....
Chicken real good, I recommend this kfc, great cooks, great service.
Slowest KFC in the WORLD! Followup on your order after wating for 30 minutes & the staff says they cant do anything your number has not come up yet. Slow and pathetic service! ZERO STARS! REPLY: Long waits are not a big problem, I understand that wait times are sometimes higher. The main problem is the attitude of staff, Your staff member said “ CANCEL THE ORDER IF YOU CAN’T WAIT, I CAN’T DO ANYTHING FOR YOUR ORDER”. - Other customers who came afterwards left before me. Is this what you call a customer service?
