I've noticed a dramatic improvement in customer service within the last few months. This recent change of management has significantly improved their culture and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The quality of their product is a credit to the team at Envirorubber Solutions Pty Ltd.
Very dissatisfied with customer service. Calls were not returned when promised. After receiving original quote and that works could proceed was advised later after following up when someone is coming, that product was unable to be made to shower base as originally quoted. Deposit was only refunded after numerous emails and phone calls. I would definitely not recommend this company to any family and friends.
