Had my r32 gtr rb26 head reconditioned here, caused a spun bearing due to oil starvation (burning oil) on a brand new motor (300km) Mechanic has told me the following; 'The valve tip ends had been ground down and were uneven across the board.' 'The head had a full set of k-lines (valve guides) installed on the exhaust side which we have identified as an issue in RB26's and also they wear out extremely quickly being a brass bush. We have replace these with 12x original guides. A number of the exhaust valves had hardening wearing off the stem and required replacement.' '1x recoil required on intake side.'
Dealt with you guys few years ago and so glad I the 7m head u supplied is going great and I've put over 300 000km with no probs ... in process of building a new motar soon know who I will be getting the head from ......
