If you lose something on the tram and are told to come here to pick it up, you will have to be VERY persistent with the staff if you want it back. I lost my phone. The guy behind the counter repeatedly asked me if I was sure I had REALLY spoken to a tram driver when I rang my own phone number, even after I repeatedly said yes. Even after he could be bothered doing his job and actually looking for it, and found it, and I confirmed that it was mine, and he put it in my hand, he wouldn't let it go. It fell to the floor. Lift your game.
