Very incompetent and careless! I would never shop there if I knew just how incompetent. They damaged my car with acid and did not even care. They refused to pay for fixing my car and said “just claim it from your insurance”, although they were 100% at fault. The acid leaked and they are the ones who placed it in my car. They also gave incorrect products and measurements for an inflatable pool!

I contacted Poolwerx Kew after our pool pump died. They provided a quote the same day and a technician within 48 hours to replace the pool pump. The customer service provided by Greg and his team is to be commended, especially during the challenging Stage 4 restrictions.
Best pool service around and always a good supply of parts. The yearly water health check is something we get done every year also.
Just wanted to share our wonderful experiences when dealing with the team at Poolwerx Kew. We have had ongoing pool issues that other pool companies have been unable to resolve. Thankfully the team at Poolwerx Kew have quickly been able to fix our problems and the pool has never looked better. Thank you for your great service!
Professional and friendly staff who have maintained our pool to a very high standard over the last few years. Sad to part ways with Greg and his team temporarily but we look forward to them maintaining our new pool in the coming years.
Friendly staff however 330 later on chemicals for a pool that was slightly cloudy was a joke , add the 170 I had to pay for someone to undo what they had done , wasn’t a great way to end 2019. My advice to you , is that if you want repeat business, don’t screw with your clients. My own fault for taking your advice , 6 bags of minerals was a joke , if anything 1 bag would have sufficed. Lucky I held off putting 2 bags in and even luckier they didn’t have 7 bags in stock which is what they actually recommended putting in . Again I should have none better .
