I'm not one to post negativity, but feel the compunction to do so after the appalling way our European Holiday trip refund has been handled. 'A premium supplier' according to Phil Hoffman (40 yrs in the travel game) Yet no communication since September (refund promised August 2020, then mid December) and then only when I emailed PHT who onforwarded the communicae. As a consumer of their holiday packages, one gets locked out from any contact by phone or email, as HOL only deal with their agent...in this case Phil Hoffman Travel. It seems that these people have 10,000 odd of my money, yet do not show the most basic courtesy/ good business practice, in keeping me in the loop about the progress of refunding same. They have not heard the end of this.

Really loved the taco platter. 6 tacos for 30 and you can select what fillings you want. We also got a bowl of wedges which were awesome! We had dinner with wine/beer and with a tip for under 60

This company is fantastic to deal with. I have just returned from an independant rail journey to Switzerland. It was absolutely fabulous. The itinerary was just like a recipe easy to follow and detailed in such a way anyone could follow it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is travelling. Thank you HOLIDAYS ON LOCATION for a fabulous experience.
