We had a challenging build of a contemporary house in a heritage area, a narrow inner urban block with a basement and the aim of providing disability access. Dimpat helped us achieve all our goals and delivered a quality built and very functional house. They were well organized, consistently on site, and had their own goal of delivering to us a house they can be justifiably proud of. The process was very collaborative between the architect, builder and ourselves, and Dimpat were always constructive in explaining and resolving the issues that arose. There own workers and trades were good and reliable. Even through the pandemic they managed to keep the same people on the job. We are still within the first year after completion and the have promptly attended to all the small issues that inevitably come up. We are confident in recommending Dimpat as the total builder for any project.

We engaged Dimpat to build our medical centre and it has been a breeze! They are easy to work with, very organised, and have always come up with solutions to make the whole process go smoother. Building during Covid isn’t easy, our onsite supervisor, Joel and his team were extremely patient, friendly and yet professional. Every time when the government introduced new rules, they took it in stride and make sure we were Covid safe. They were also nice enough to give us a credit when they found an alternative joiner who does the same high quality work with a lower price! We have very high standards as our clinic represents us to the public, Dimpat have delivered everything we wish for and more! We will definitely recommend them to our colleagues and friends. Up there with the best quality residential custom builders in Melbourne. Dealign with their site managers is very stressful which for us is a sign of an organised and well planned out building program.
They ripped down my adjoining fence without issueing a building protection notice or replacing my existing fence. Completely unprofessional and could not advise anyone enough not to deal with these cowboys.
Dimpat brought our amazing plans designed by Taylor Knights to life, which ended up winning an AIA award. The construction quality and organisation was of the highest quality, particularly the carpentry detail. We are clients with high standards and Dimpat’s standards were equally as high, which made working with Dimpat a breeze. Any other builder with lesser standards, might not have seen eye to eye with us. We especially liked Dimpat’s ‘can do’ attitude, which comes from their energetic, vibrant and collegiate team. Nothing was ever too hard, and they were always keen to satisfy their clients. Dimpat were also very trustworthy and honest – I would have no hesitation in recommending Dimpat.
