I walked in, cradling my coffee machine in my arms. A very knowledgeable technician (the owner?) listened to my problem description, encouraged me to fix it myself, taught me how, and sold me the parts. He was right, he taught me something valuable and empowered me. I could not be happier with their service!

I organised a rental agreement with a partner of Coffee Complex for our College and through that was put into contact with Anthony at Coffee Complex who helped us with coffee machine selection and since then supply and maintenance of the machine. This place has been fantastic us! The machine they recommended is now essentially our most important and loved staff member. The HLF Coffee Machine they recommended is just a brilliant machine and appeases even the most staunch of coffee snobs at the College. Anthony and the guys at Coffee Complex do a fantastic job of maintaining the machine, with any faults we've had being rectified same day, generally within hours. These guys care about providing a first rate service and wholly deserve the 5-star rating.
We just purchased a HLF 1700 for our office. What a machine, never thought coffee could be so good out of a fully automatic machine. Thank you Coffee Complex for all your great advice and support. I highly recommend theses guys especially if you are in the market for a coffee machine for your office.

Special thanks to Christian who educated me on the importance of water quality and took the time to dial in the grind size and run time of my new grinder enabling me to pull a 'next level' espresso straight out of the box.
