Just stopped in, the service and the food was good. Not sure what all the winging is about in the reviews of this Taco Bell location, it's just fine. Good, tasty hot food. Fastfood. Yummy.

Unselcoming staff, felt stressed and disrespected. I refused to use the Check in qld App but clearly quoted from Queensland Government website that, it’s okay if I don’t use the app as long as I still provide my contact information by other means at businesses. There are a variety of electronic methods businesses can use to adhere to the requirements. These could vary from QR codes, membership card scanning, online fillable forms, online bookings systems and digital spreadsheets. Then after the staff took my order and the unpleasant encounter, I felt unwelcomed to dine in, so I ate in my car instead.
For me, it’s a little difficult to judge fairly because I’m used to American Taco Bell, which is far better. The American cheese sauce is a spicy jalapeño cheese, and this cheese sauce? Just tastes like salty yellow gravy. Not at all what Taco Bell cheese should be. But again, maybe I’m biased. But anyways, if it were just my personal taste, I would give it a higher rating. But that combined with the actual shop? The menu items are quite limited. They didn’t have any hot sauce, which is blasphemy. The soda tasted watered down. And there was a huge area of the store that was flooded. The fries weren’t very good. The Crunchwrap was alright, though still not great, or we’ll put together. Meh.
I really enjoy the food, but this Keperra Taco Bell always seems to have issues. One visit they were out of beef mince (one of their primary ingredients), another time the drinks machine was down. Most recently they did not have any hot sauce. I feel like they can do better.
Friendly staff good food. for a while there when I whent there the music was way to loud like a night club. but I filled out a survey there and mentioned this and it would seem that problem is now under control at least when I have been there. Over all the place gets a bell ring from me.
Not the best but not the worst either. The Boss Burrito is a decent size and was well made. Giving them an extra star as they sell beer but I wouldn't rush back. Price wise I think KFC is better value.
Quick delivery, huge portions and free churros with chocolate sauce. More importantly the meal was tops. Order number #1560-91296
Amazing and delicious food as well extremely friendly staff. Drive thru was less than 5 minutes waiting. Highly recommend!
