Super helpful crew there, was in Snowbiz earlier and couldn't find any help and when I did they rushed me out the door. Went to Snowcentral and had multiple friendly faces helping me, unfortunately they didn't have the specific model/colour/size combo I wanted for a helmet but they were still extremely helpful. Will return!

Never been into a "Snow Shop" before. Heading to Norway and went into have a look. Served by a lovely and very knowledgeable girl, Katie. She was very patient and attentive without being pushy. Further assisted by a lovely Gent who I think owns the Shop. All the staff were very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Will be back prior to departure

Made a special trip to the store to buy ski boots for an extended snow trip. Arrived 30 minutes after opening time. Was unable to be seen as the store was having a ski and snow boot sale and you had to make a booking. Was referred to other store which was an hours drive away and available times were not convenient. Was not given an option to be seen in between attending to booked clients. Was only told how frustrating it must be but this was advertised. No notice on the door to advise walk ins would not be seen. Went somewhere else in Brisbane that was definitely more accommodating and purchased what I needed. Family of four who love snow sports will definitely not be going out of our way to use this business in the future. Upside is that I found a business that I didn't know of previously.

I am amazed at the astoundingly attentive, thoughtful, experienced and detailed attention the people at the keperra ski shop gave to my ski boot fitting. I’ve skied for nearly 40 years in many places and this was the most professional service I’ve ever witnessed. I highly highly recommend these guys. Excellent range of gear too.
