Welcomed by staff member, was made to feel comfortable. Took my sample immediately. Was in and out with no fuss in ten minutes. Lovely conversation regarding crotchet to make visit memorable.

Lovely staff member but unbelievably slow been here waiting for an hour and 30 minutes with only 7 people before me.
Pathetically slow - gives the term “snail’s pace” new meaning. Averaging 25 minutes per patient. In contrast Mater Pathology at Karana Downs is fabulous. Will never be coming here again.
Shocking service by lady front if house, no order, forgot to put my ticket through, waited over half an hour, left without bloods been taken.
One staff member and 10 waiting chairs. Says it all. When are QML going to get it? Read the reviews. On a good day you will be waiting a minimum one hour. So goddam slow. It’s actually quicker to drive to QML’s in Toowong. And yes the opening hours! Shoot me.
Gr8 location BUT the opening hours r ridiculous (6.30am - 2pm and closed for lunch noon -12.30pm). Seriously understaffed. Glacial processes.
This place is totally under staffed, if you come in the morning for a blood test before work, be prepared to wait for 2-3hours
The service at QML Kenmore is top quality. The pathologist that helped my was fast and had a great sense of humour as well as being overall friendly
