Lauren is incredibly compassionate and caring when working with her clients and supporting them through what ever challenges they’ve faced while also celebrating any successes they’ve had, no matter how big or small. She offers her continual support beyond just the given appointment times and shows genuine concern and empathy towards the people she works with. Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable regarding all things food and eating related and she shows a legitimate love of educating and supporting others with their nutritional journeys. All round just a great clinic with excellent vibes.

Absolutely love going here. Jen was absolutely lovely and now Lauren is amazing as well. Really knowledgeable on different peoples circumstances. I've had issues stemming lots of years and I feel so much healthier and full of energy since coming here.
My journey with the ROH began with Jen and is now continuing with Lauren. I’ve found both to be incredibly understanding and compassionate towards my situation and both have worked with supporting me during my recovery. The ROH team understand the demands and requirements of athletes and as a result have helped to optimise my energy and further my ability to perform and succeed within my sport. The vibe in the clinic is calming and caring and I feel safe and supported during all my appointments and beyond. I could not recommend the ROH team enough when recommending people who require dietetic and nutritional advice.
I had a similar experience to the last review. I felt VERY separate to the dietetition to the point I felt belittled I didn't feel like they wanted to get to know me at all rather just place me in the book of what they'd learned and go with that. I had an eating disorder and hadn't eaten for 5wks and the dietition starts trying to teach me about food which I already knew if she'd asked me and then she went on to write a diet plan for me which was for one day and consisted of completely normal eating so to speak which was impossible for me to adhere to with my eating disorder so it was an absolute waste of my time and I felt no compassion either for what I was going through it was a complete disconnect between me and the therapist and I tried to make it work but it takes two people to shift things. I got help elsewhere since with some compassionate healer's who have helped me. Jess.
