Very polite and helpful staff,my first visit last weekend left me with with a wonderful feeling of going there again......even if it's just to see them.....people like them makes the world a better place to live in
The actual staff are lovely however when I went to get a blood test the lady was extremely grumpy and rude to me. I have invisible/small veins and have been told by a professional with over 20 years experience which vein I should use. I told the nurse this and she ignored me, made me tense my arm (which is definitely not the correct thing to do when getting a blood test), could hardly even get any blood out of the vein that she was using. After the experience I was left with an incredibly sore arm (which has never happened to me before) a bruise, a huge needle mark and swelling under the skin. Appalling service would not recommend.

Easter Saturday closed 1 hour earlier than usual Saturday hours, should have just stayed open. FYI pieces of paper printed and then stuck on the front door displaying your Easter opening hours, not only destroy the environment but they are a stupid. If your business is on google, update the opening hours there or don't bother having a website.
Went to use Parcel Point & the man was unhelpful and apathetic.
