We contacted MacRae Rentals in 2021 regarding a rent to purchase item after having great success with a rent to purchase item back in 2008 from MacRae, and can't thank Brett enough for the time he gave us. He was extremely helpful, answered all our questions, and were able to try out the item to see if it suited. He went above and beyond in the assistance he gave us, and we're incredibly grateful for his time. Fantastic service.

This is the worst rental business that I have ever seen. Not only do they rent out faulty products but if you try and contact them about it they block you're phone number, emails and refuse to speak to you.
Waited a week for my application to be processed, i called and got told it'd be done within two days, i called again 4 days later to find out my application had been rejected.
These guys have been flexible relive an punctual on more than one occasion I use them every time
How great to have somewhere to hire items at last minute. Friend visiting needed to hire a single bed. Not a problem, arrived early delivered and installed, and then they also picked up early. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely let my family and friends aware of their great service. Thank you.

I would give 4 or 5 stars but I still haven't received my 3 piece lounge suite. They are waiting for stock, which I was told can take 2 to 6 weeks to get to there warehouse. In writing this review in regards to the customer service and staff. When I actually got answered or was called back I was treated well and they answered all my questions. But they never call back when you request a call back. I didn't even know I was approved until I call e d them after a full week of putting my application in. I'm alittle concerned about if I'll even receive my couches
I've been with macrae ( 1st choice rentals) for more than 10years plus. Mal.brett.robin.are fantastic people. when I was going thur a really rough time they helped me tons went above and beyond. To help me ,,cant fault them. Beautiful people.a fantastic company.
