Heard soooo many people rave about this place, was so keen to try!! I work nights so I had to wake up earlier than usual to order, TOTALLY WORTH IT. 10/10 would do it again. Really happy and so surprised with how AMAZING the food is here! The toastie was one of the best I’ve ever tasted and that chippy butty and the staff are angels. What more could you want?
Had the nicest coffee here today. Sandwich and Chicken roll. Do yourself a favour - Kelso's is worth a visit.
Had the Chop Cheese as I had heard good things. The sandwich was unbelievable, even more so for how cheap it was. Definitely recommend

Ahhh yeah so ah the egg and bacon sandwich was fine, I just think that 14 is a bit hectic for a glorified cheese toastie with some eggs and a bit of bacon on it. I would expect something a little extra for that pricetag! I had it months ago and it was way better - came on a bun, had a hash brown etc. This time it was extremely underwhelming. All I could taste was the cheese, and the bread wasn't even nice bread, seems like the stuff I get from Woolies when I'm hungover and need carbs. Also the amount of cheese is a bit sickening for a brekkie sandwich... Think this op is good for people who'll pay for overrated cafe food / watch too many of those grotesquely cheesy BuzzFeed food videos on fb. You know those ones? Like "look at this bun filled with cheese and topped with more cheese and also mayonnaise and cheese on top of that! F*** YEAH I'm in HEAVEN baby!!"
Had the egg & bacon toasted sandwich today and it was even better than I hoped. Just the perfect toasted sandwich and the side of pickles was the extra element to a sanga that was devine until the last bite. I highly recommend coming here for food that is clearly created with love.
Kelso's sandwiches are delicious! Every time I eat a Chop Cheese I find myself reminiscing about it all day - something I previously wouldn't have expected myself to do about a sandwich.
