Either you get the world's most helpful staff member and nothing is to much trouble or not! The older staff members are delightful but some of the younger ones not so much. Has been like that for years. This is why they lost stars due to the unhelpful young fellow at the cash register!

Staff were excellent, friendly & attentive. We couldn’t find what we were after & a staff member came to us & asked if we needed help rather than us asking them. We had to order in what we were after & it arrived within days. Very clean & highly organised store.

Came in on Sunday after breaking down on the drive from Sydney to Bathurst and was forced to leave my car at a servo on the highway. Spoke with Harrison while I was in store and he went above and beyond for me helping me find the perfect solution And guided me which product to purchase for my major coolant leak my vehicle was suffering from. I then later got back to my vehicle. I then wrapped my hose with the recommended SOS tape and the vehicle didn’t leak at all. I am so grateful for Harrison service and reliability and I highly recommend Harrison for quick solutions for desperate times. Big thanks to you Harrison!
