Went to drop my mum's generator off this morning to get the idle sorted. Was after 10am (Saturday) and spoke to Andrew as suggested (mum spoke to him during the week) Extremely surprised to receive a text at 12.30pm saying it was ready to collect. Very happy with the service and pricing, thank you.

have just driven an hour and a half round trip only to find out the hours of opening are for the mower shop that also is a shop front for the generator place are completely different. an excellent example of a great website which is worlds apart from the business you visit

Bought a generator from here. I have been back so many times with this dud. The staff know nothing about generators and I keep getting the run around. They are rude and of no help. They refuse to refund. Needless to say I have no options left but to throw it out and get another from someone else. Not happy and best to avoid this place. They are really an on line store with no stock and dropship every thing directly from the real dealers. This place just has a sign on the wall to my my generator place seem like they have shops everywhere. They don’t. Just a online store with zero support or service. After it’s sold they don’t want to know you. Very disappointing.
Good prompt and polite service by people who knew their product well.
