Absolutely shocking customer service!!! Jumped through hoops to purchase a car from KTMG, eventually got financing approved but with zero assistance from KTMG apart from one initial attempt. Once purchase went through it is like a ghost town, no one responds to an email and phoning to speak to the Dealer Principle is of no luck as just get told he isn't in. 2 days post purchase I still don't know when my car is being delivered and when calling to find out I simply get told that it's my responsibility to liaise with the transport company. 10/10 would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Had my car serviced 6 weeks ago by Kelly Trotter Motor Group in Cardiff. They did a wheel rotation as part of service. This week I've had an odd noise from back of car. Had it checked....1 wheel nut missing, 1 just holding on, the others loose. Out of 20 wheel nuts only 8 were properly tensioned. Some were only just holding on. There was metal shavings on the back of the wheels from the rattling of wheel on stud. Those of you who know me, know I do a lot of driving for work. If that next nut had come off.....would I be another road casualty?.. Not happy is an understatement. They are closed now, however will be all about it tomorrow. Strong recommendation.....go elsewhere Only gave 1 star because won't load with none

I have been waiting since January to get an answer on an Engine Fault in my Peugeot. I was given a quote of 2300 to rectify the problem, I asked was this covered by the extended warranty. They would find out and let me know. The vehicle was back in there in February for them to rectify another issue, warranty for work previously done. I asked about the "engine fault" again, they would look into and let me know. I rang in April to enquire about the result, I was told by the same person, he didn't know anything about an engine fault. He would look into it and get back to me. The follow week I contacted him again to get an answer, I was cut short, and told "he had my details, I will get back to you". Here it is now June, I rang last Thursday 30th May, I was told everyone is too busy to talk to me, they will ring me back about lunch time tomorrow. Still waiting on that phone call!!! I have now been driving my car with the Engine fault light on, for nearly 6 months. And to add salt to the wounds when you ring and get put on hold, you have to listen to a recorded message about how important the customer is, and how they pride themselves on customer service. What a joke!!!!!

Appauling customer service. I booked my car in for a mandatory recall update last year in October 2018. It caused my computer to malfunction Kelly totter than had my car for a further four months claiming they could not find how to fix the issue. Many more months later i have had to take my car in for more engine issues with loose cables and now my car leaks oil. they ignore my phopne calls and emails. Do not deal with thuis company

They should be investigated.. When you go for a standard scheduled warranty service they will put on extra costs that warranty doesnt cover.. They thrive on doing this to age pensioners. Disgrace to the industry

Expensive labour and poor customer service. Took 3 follow up phone calls to receive a quote for work they were doing for my car. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing after mis diagnosing my car issues twice including claiming that I must have put petrol in my deisle car as they claimed they could smell petrol (despite me telling them I didn’t put petrol in my car!). They tried to charge me 800 to have the fuel drained and tested. Ended up getting it towed to another mechanic and they conducted tests to prove it was NOT petrol as I advised and they fixed the other issues that was overlooked by Kelly Trotter.
