We needed to pay upfront for a glass and screen door to be supplied and installed. The screen door wasn’t fitted with a lock. Jonathan S said he would supply us with a lock and the aluminium angle required to close the cavity between the door and the bricks. After weeks of waiting, Jonathan told me that he had lost the measurements for the angle. After I remeasured to save him the trip, some weeks passed and he then told me he has forgotten about the lock. Almost 5 months later, we are still waiting. Johnathan told me every day has been “really busy”. I decided to supply my own lock and pick up the aluminium angle myself from the factory. I will have to pay someone else to fit it. I would not use this business again, if you have to use them; do not pay upfront.
