My most recent experience at this store was subpar. The staff seemed to not really care about serving me and my companions. When the store was at capacity, some additional people walked in and the staff did not enforce the COVID Safe guidelines. However, the food was okay and was similar to some other Subway stores that I have attended.

Barely any vegetables on the sub for what I had asked for. The cut was average and they wrapped the paper really sloppy. Worst sub I've ever had from any subway restaurant.
Very disappointed by the lack of service received today. Had a big order to put through for lunch time was told need a minimum of 2 hours preparation time.... We tried to preorder well before the 2 hour time frame and was told no understaffed can't help can't say I'll be bringing my business here again.
I ordered two footlong sandwichs during the evening. The bread was stale. The service was cold and ingenuine. I understand it's the food industry and some days can be rough. For the price, it wasn't worth it. If you can't present passable food at certain hours why open during those times?
I had a great experience at this place. I went in feeling a bit tired and just ordered my usual weird veggie sub, and the enthusiastic sandwich maker Chetan suggested I try his own creation. I was wary at first, but his description and smile convinced me. Sweet, spicy, tangy, fresh, toasted, cheesy - it's got the lot. So I got a great sandwich and some cheery conversation, and I plan to return to get an autograph for when Chetan is sandwich-famous worldwide. I strongly encourage trying it!
This subway store s great, the food is very well presented, and tasty
Happy with the service. Bit unsure of the store requirements for covid as the stickers on floor were faded and at times there were more than the permitted people in store.
Bought my lunch again today at Subway Kedron. Fresh value for money and Healthy for you. Faster than your average Takeaway.
