Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with the purchase of my new vehicle, I have purchased multiple new vehicles over the years and found all the dealerships previously would make the experience pleasurable. Sci-fleet made it feel like my vehicle sale wasn't important and they were far from helpful! Just my experience

I haven’t picked up the car yet so this review only speaks to my very straightforward experience buying. I’m from out of town and called to arrange a purchase so that I could come pick up the car several days later. I already knew exactly what I wanted after seeing an advertised special (a great price compared to what I would have paid locally). I didn’t want to waste time as I‘m already familiar with the vehicle. Henry was straight to the point, no nonsense. He was quick to prepare the contract, and the deal was done by the next business day. Kai in finance was also a lovely help. Thanks so much to you both, and to Sci-Fleet! I’m really excited to pick up my new vehicle in a few days.

Purchased a new 200 series which I settled with Sci Fleet over a month ago. I still do not have my vehicle. I booked a gvm upgrade with the purchase through ARB and sci fleet completely stuffed it up. I only became aware of the issue through ARB and to date no one from SciFleet has had the courtesy to even discuss it with me. They take 100,000 I don’t have a car. Advice from ARB is I am not the only customer with these complaints. Be careful what they promise you. I have purchased 10 cars through scifleet and in fact purchased a new Prado last year. Never again.
We are super disappointed with the recent service we received throughout the purchase of our brand new Prado. We've always purchased new cars and never had this poor of service. Our salesperson was Henry. Right from our initial meeting with him, we has disinterested in even telling us about the car he just handed the keys over and told us to drive it, I felt like a burden asking questions. It was almost as if he didn't care because we are young and he thought we couldn't afford the 74k we spent on the car. We proceeded with the purchase and had to follow him up a number of times for tax invoices etc because honestly I doubt things would have happened if we didn't. Each time my husband called he had no idea who we were. Fast forward to our car arriving, we called again to follow up tax invoice to transfer payment to ensure smooth pick up of car. We paid invoice straight away and booked in to pick up the car the following Monday. Come Monday we enter the dealership and again Henry has no idea who we are and asks why we are here. We have a newborn baby so had organise for car seat installation etc. To then be told funds hadn't been received despite our bank telling us they had. (This we dont mind, just communicate with us the day of before we lug our baby with us and make arrangements). We finally picked our car up today and we had to ask for the bow to be put on the car, and of course no gift. Unlike all other cars I've purchased the experience is usually exciting. We will not be servicing our car with Sci-fleet because of this experience.
I bought Brain new Toyota rav4 they are nice peoples and helpful peoples and they sell cheaper price than other Toyota the seller persons great. Thank you
