If I could give them 0 stars I would. I told their sales rep I didn't want the service anymore and so he went and cussed out my daughter for asking a question about his scooter he was riding!! And he did this in front of me!! I mean, for a company that says they're so professional, you should really teach your sales reps how to do so. That gentleman should be fired at the least!
