The entire process was easy and fast. I had a small issue with my car when I picked it up but the team at Brisbane MG had me sorted within 15mins and driving away in another vehicle whilst the issue with my car was fixed. I can't recommend MG enough. Their customer service is fantastic. Be aware that I've seen the yard get incredibly busy and there's only so much the team can do when they're flooded with customers. A little bit of patience and understanding goes a long way, some of the reviews I've seen re: having to wait for service are ridiculous.

I had a fantastic experience with this car dealership. I purchased a vehicle after a car accident and had the misfortune of also having my purse stolen with the cheque for the replacement vehicle inside. However, they were most understanding and helpful. I can definitely recommend talking to Ben and Gareth. The car itself is flawless and a pleasure to drive.

I dealt with Gareth Clegg at Brisbane MG and I could not have asked for a better experience. He was friendly but professional, and could answer every question I had. In the end I could not collect my new car straight away and he assured me that it was safe and secure waiting for me when I was ready. I never once felt that I could not contact Gareth, and did so on several occasions. He never failed to answer his phone, and any query I may have. Thank you Gareth for the seamless purchase of my beautiful new car. I would 100% recommend Brisbane MG and Gareth Clegg if you are looking for a fully satisfying experience.
