I have never seen this kind of customer service before! I went to reception and asked about their service and the lady who was in reception said we are already booked in so I can't help you! I know today is Saturday and Sunday you don't work but you could offer me the next availability if you like to help me. That is why I think you didn't like to offer your services to me! How rude and unprofessional service!

Highly recommend Spa Sublime. Hubby and I had a very relaxing and pampering massage to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The team at Spa Sublime were fantastic! Beautiful shop too; full of irresistible gift ideas, and I was fortunate to receive this beautiful gift from hubby to remember our special day
Amazing experience. Beautiful products used on the facial and the massage was so relaxing. They made us feel very welcome and checked what pressure we liked before they started the massage. It was also nice as they communicated what they were doing throughout the facial. Would highly recommend!
Booked online, as I had back issues and went for a massage. Mia was one of the best therapists I have had with sufficient pressure and targeted points which were causing the issues. Covid safe. I would definitely recommend it to friends and also had lovely atmosphere with heated bench and relaxing music. 10/10! :-)

I had been given a gift from my girlfriend for our anniversary to visits Sublime Spa as a First time experience at a day spa, My overall experience was wonderful, pleasant and relaxing. I felt extremely comfortable with Mia and felt she was both professional and friendly. I’d highly consider coming here again and overall enjoyed my hour long deep tissue massage. 5/5 worth the price, time and effort.
