it takes a while to get a good product made and hand made service has its rewards. I like Katoomba Fabrics and have had sheets adjusted, pants drawn in, pants that accomodate my proclivities, pants taken off and thrown about my head and pants stuffed down my throat. Such good service.

As I walked to the desk I was abruptly told "What do you want"? I couldn't believe or understand the rudeness of this woman. If only I had read the reviews here I wouldn't have even bothered entering the shop. Absolutely appalling customer service from the beginning, completely interrupting everything I was saying, didn't listen to a single world and basically got the feeling that she didn't care. Had a lovely time in the Blue Mountains but this woman and her business should be avoided at all costs if you wish to have a nice time up here.
