We stumbled across this unassuming cafe, lured by the spice aromas, and we were rewarded with mouth watering chicken kebabs. Loved the choices of sauces balanced so well. My celiac friend was over the moon with gluten free options. Friendly and efficient service.

Recently discovered this place after going for a hike and they have the BEST sauces and the HIGHEST quality of ingredients. Pricing is perfect for the huge portion. The plate with chips and salad choices are delicious. Whatever you get you MUST get the spicy [not very] peanut sauce with the toum/garlic sauce. Their homemade/made to order falalfel is also a must. Addictive and I would buy bottles of these sauces and their falafel for home if I could. They were so good we had to go here a second time. Oh and the owner is the nicest guy with many years of cooking experience. Worth travelling for.
Probably one of the best kebabs I’ve tasted as it was so flavourful and filling! Loved the unique sauce options for the kebabs! The falafel was so yummy as it wasn’t dry like the ones I’ve tried from other places. There’s also a great selection of options for vegetarians/vegans too. The owner was friendly and informative with the menu items. Highly recommended people to stop by!
I love Cedar Take Away. By far the BEST kebab's I have ever tasted! I happily travel 45 minutes just to get my hands on one of these.... their falafel is so fresh and bursting with flavour. Sauces and toppings are 11/10, and the kebabs are huge! I always recommend them to family and friends visiting Katoomba. I really appreciate that they have many delicious vegan friendly options as well which gives them an A from me!!
The kebab was huge and still I wouldn't share. It was delicious! I had mix kebab, the lamb and chicken was cooked to perfection. Loved the combination of salad and sauce.
Delicious food and very friendly service! The mix plate was amazing and came with so many tasty salads and some unique sauces! Huge portion size but I just couldn't stop eating, it was that good! The baklava was fabulous too.
Absolutely fantastic Lebanese food! Delicious and very well made food (and good quality). Great value, great serving sizes and friendly service. We've never heard our 8 year old nephew say he loves his dinner, so that's an amazing feat! Thanks for serving us over the weekend! We're planning our next trip back for more.
Got two platters falafel and chicken .Both were great authentic taste especially falafel were fresh .We found a nice picnic spot just 5 mins drive from the restaurant.
