Completely ripped me off, quoted 100 dollars over the phone to clean the carby and replace a 25 part, when going to pick up the bike was hit with a bill of 340. Refused to pay that and had to pay 170 for the carby being cleaned and they took the part I needed off. I had to pay what they were asking to get the bike back. Have heard from multiple people this has happened to them exactly the same way... steer clear, they are the only joint in Katherine so they can do this no worries. No one is coming out there to make them do the right thing by you and they know that, were so shifty over the phone it was clear what they were doing and that's extorting me, they didn't even try to hide it.

Rode in with a loose chain on the way from Melbourne to Darwin. Jack was amazing. 10 and 45 minutes later we were on our way again. Thanks guys!
