Hopeless. In store staff were friendly and pleasant, but I waited over a month to get a pair of glasses made, they were made wrongly, waited 3 weeks for replacements, which were also wrong optically, and my feedback on the first pair had been ignored / never passed on to the lab. Manager didn't seem at all interested in fixing the problem but did offer a full refund which I took. Won't be back here (or probably any other Specsavers as a result)

I took some broken glass in well out of warranty with a bit of an emergency (school camp in two day and no time to order new ones). The staff were so fantastic! Had the glasses fix with an extra arm and out the door in 5 minutes. Relieved a lot of stress and worry. Thanks for the great customer service!

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with being told glasses I have never used were (just) out of warranty when I eventually unpacked them to wear. The anti-reflective coating had wrinkled while in the box. If I was offered a discounted price to rectify I would have appreciated it, but I was told new lenses would cost me 500. Naturally, we found an alternative optometrist to service our requirements. It was very short sighted of Specsavers Karrinyup (no pun intended) as my wife and I who now live overseas purchased two pairs of new glasses each elsewhere.

The service is terrible. I visited the store with my daughter to get her 2 pairs of glasses and it was a big mistake. I payed 340 dollars for 2 glasses. The first one was broken in 2 weeks and they admitted that it’s low quality and they replaced it. While I was waiting for the first one replacement, I took my daughter to the same store to adjust the second one to fit correctly, they burnt it by the hot air machine. The guy tried to hide the burnt spots and put it quickly in the cover but with no luck. I spoke to the manager this morning and her first response after hearing the story was “ I will offer you 25% discount with your next purchase”. I said no thank you and I left the store. DONT GO IT’S A TRAP. I have all the documents and photos to prove my review....
