Hi, I'd like to express my thanks to Chris (Manager) of Eye Q Karrinyup. I needed some repairs completed to my old well loved sunglasses and Eye Q were able to assist with no problem. Hello...just recently purchased my general glasses and sunglasses there AND they were delivered in good time. ALL of the staff have been helpful, courteous and went beyond the 'call of duty'. Even during the COVID-19 shut-downs, they opened their shop to just adjust my glasses. Quality service and going beyond what you expect they have to do in these trying times is what makes them stand out for me. Very much recommend. I have found the knowledge and staff at EyeQ to be amazing. Recently I dropped and stepped on my glasses and I was certain that they were irreparable. To my surprise, EyeQ were able to repair my glasses like new, and did it free of charge and within half an hour. I can't recommend EyeQ highly enough.

Emma and Chris were fantastic at EyeQ, my husbands ray ban sunglasses which are his favourite had a scratched lens. They did their utmost to get the exact same lenses and could not have been more helpful and friendly. I have already been recommending EyeQ to my friends for its friendly and great value service.
