Staff are great and very pleasant as well as being very helpful and friendly always use them so long as they are there don't like pay TV.

I could not believe receiving a SMS to inform me that I have monies outstanding for movie hire. A couple of points. A) I have not been to Video Ezy Karingal in over seven years. B) The phone number for Video Ezy Karingal has been disconnected. C) The head office have been about as helpful as the bubonic plague with regard to assisting me in contacting Video Ezy Karingal to sort out this matter. D) Video Ezy obviously are not too concerned with brand name damage from this type of situation. E) This situation is exactly why I no longer have any interest in hire of movies anymore.
