Staff member Adrian was extremely helpful when I went to buy a bike and accessories. I asked a few questions and he was a great help, usually you get 'sorry I don't know I don't work in this dept' but he took the boxed bike to check out (I didn't have to wait at all) then organized me to pick up boxes bike at back door (again no waiting) and a staff member put it in my vehicle for me. Great Service!

Very good department store for toys, home appliances, bedding, travelling accessories etc.
Desperately in need of a revamp and some different shops. Target would be welcomed, a craft store, and Valley Girl for teens - not everyone can afford Myer. Food court is unwelcoming, but food choices are decent. Car parks are horrendous, especially out by the Reject Shop end. Staff are lovely pretty much everywhere, though. :)
Great prices, staff are friendly and incredible range of products. Whats not to love !
I just come from sydney today and shopped there.havent been other ones to compare.The checkout girl was very helpful and friendly.
Typical Kmart.. reasonably priced, reasonable selection, reasonable quality. Don't go in for audio cords, like audio jacks..you will be disappointed. And even the auto check out is painfully sensitive with weight & locks you out until you finally get an attendant to assist. With such temperamental auto scan machines, possibly more than one attendant is required.
Good store. The centre not great but Kmart always have a bargain. Happy to visit in a different location.
Kmart is great for certain things but it was quite busy this Sunday afternoon. I prefer going in the evenings when it's open later, it's quieter then.
