Amazing service, great people, great prices and willing to help out at very short notice. I will never use any other balloon company again other than this one! Im so sorry but I did not catch the name of the lovely lady I spoke to this morning but I need to say a huge THANK YOU!!!! The service I have received today was impeccable, you listened to my frantic request for urgent balloons, calmed me down, made me have a giggle and your prompt delivery (less than 2 hour turn around), as promised, assisted in finishing off my Moon Landing primary school library display beautifully on top of all that the gorgeous Astronaut and stars you gifted me was just OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Now that I have had a minute to collect my thoughts I have also realised that you are local to me personally so not only have you gained a professional customer for life but also a personal one, I will happily be promoting you to friends, family and the 4 sporting clubs that I am heavily involved with (which I have already done) Thank you again and look forward to working with you again in the future
Absolutely wonderful service and my little nephew was thrilled to bits with his giant dinosaur balloons. Couldn’t have been easier to order and the team were really helpful with using the details I provided for why I was sending the balloon bouquet to create something special.

I was so impressed with the service provided by Dial a Balloon and I was lucky enough to see the fabulous arrangement of "Its a Boy" balloons that they had sent to my cousin. They were artfully put together and really brightened up the hospital room (even the nurses were oohing and aaah-ing about them. Thank you Sharlene you were a pleasure to deal with. I chanced upon Dial A Balloon as my regular go-to was on leave...and going forward i'll be bringing all my business to Dial a Balloon as it was a universally more satisfying experience all round. J

I would highly recommend Dial a Balloon for your balloon needs as they were so helpful and professional in helping organise balloons for my partner's birthday. They communicated well and worked around my schedule as well as provided a timely delivery. They were so easy to work with and friendly. Can't recommend them enough!
