Really Great ....the Nice Staff sure know their Products and a good variety of all foods for all pets plus treatments and grooming....I'm always returning for either my cat or dog as I have always been helped and found 'purchased ' good quality products...
I would sincerely like to highly praise two members of Kangaroo Flat staff. I have had many issues with my fish tank and Zara and Lily have been absolutely amazing with their advice and continuing help, so much so that my new tank is up and running. I couldn't be more happy with their assistance and will definitely be back just to see their smiling faces (if I could see them at the moment with the masks) and for more of their help. Thanks Zara and Lily once again

Just visited today and spoke with one of the young female employee..She gave us a lot of info and even suggested what is best for a puppy and how to take care of it. I entered into the store with lot of confusion and exited with good info. Appreciate your employees efforts to maintain good relationships with customer. Am sure will buy my products from this store A paradise for dog lovers
