I found the staff at Patch and Purr absolutely amazing. From start to finish (literally even discussing my girls drop off was so easy) I knew my own needs as well as my pets were taken into consideration and I felt as though Mauve (my pet) and I were treated with care and respect. I will keep Patch and Purr in mind for my future pets, and will keep them in mind for friends special little loves. Thank you so much P&P for the time, effort, and obvious care you take in sending off our most beloved pets at the end of their life ️

Thankyou so much to Ana and the entire Patch and Purr team who looked after the recent passing of our 18 year old beagle. I was supported throughout the entire process and would highly recommend their services. It was reassuring to have their support through what is a difficult and painful period.

I would highly recommend Patch & Purr. They were very sympathetic and helpful, picked up my little dog within two hours on Saturday, when other places were asking for much higher weekend rate than what they advertised. I don’t usually leave reviews, however, my first ever experience of using pet cremation service, proved to be very caring, efficient and professional, I hope more people will reach out to this company.

Words can not adequately express my gratitude to all the staff at Patch & Purr. I lost my dearest Poppy cat this week and it was such a great comfort knowing she was being treated with such care and respect. All the staff were amazing and so empathetic and kept me regularly updated to let me know what was happening with my baby girl. I can not recommend Patch & Purr enough. Thank you so very much to all the staff.

We can't thank the team at Patch and Purr enough for the empathy and professionalism they provided us twice in the last 4 months. It's heart breaking to lose our 2 beautiful cats so close to each other. One at 18 years old and one at 13 years. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Impersonal service, no compassion. Would not recommend. Much prefer their main competitor who knows how to use a telephone and confirm things. Do not recommend, will never use again.

Patch & Purr came to our house an hour and a half after we called them to collect our beautiful boy Fudge who is a mini lop rabbit. Renae was very kind and you can tell that she empathises with you. She has explained everything to us in detail the process of handling our beloved pet. 3 days after, Fudge came home to us in a beautiful rosewood photobox. I can feel that is it him the moment the box was handedover to me. Tears poured again and I can’t Renae enough for hugging me when I bursted into tears. Thank you so much Patch & Purr and especially to Renae.
