I found this business via Google, whilst looking to obtain supplies for my aeromodelling project. I had a unique request to perform a semi-online, semi-in-person transaction, and they were able to arrange it within one email. Locating the store in Primmer court was somewhat confusing (entering from the main road, head past the children's play area and head around the left side of the court's main building), but when I did enter, the staff were polite and interested in my projects. The store is slightly confusing in layout, but has interesting and useful features (the prop wall) and makes good use of it's size, which is limited. Online, the website follows a decent layout, but one criticism would be that, as with quite a few hobby stores, a lot of products aren't fully labelled, often only showing basic specifications and the name of the product, minus the brand identity; a Turnigy 3530-8 motor is simply called a "3530-8 480Watt 1700kv Brushless" motor. Whilst brand / company isn't necessary, it does help when trying to find more information on potential purchases. My biggest complaint? Simply that the store is some distance from my home.
