Zero Star for the Lady customer service working on 29 December 2019 at 1:12pm, i have no idea whether she had a bad day or probably has ego problem but that does not mean one should act as a smart mouth on top of being terribly rude just because i wanted to exchange a faulty item but ended up getting a refund. Just Jeans should definetly carry a review on this issue or end up loosing more customer.Never buying from this store again just because of her.
