Placed an order for a hockey bag, but our address on the website didn't go through. Cue a very angry phone call from someone at the store demanding the address. I apologised for the oversight but she was just very abrupt throughout and kept complaining about the lack of address. Customer service, or politeness for that matter, clearly not a priority. Will not be ordering anything from here again.
