I have found Jump Swimming Canning Vale to be an excellent swim school. We have been members of this school for over 3 years and love the location as access is easy. My kids love all the teachers and they have come far in their skills of water awareness and swimming (6 and 3 year old). Flexible and accommodating when I had to schedule make-up classes for my kids due to missing and pausing of lessons.

I called to cancel my daughters contract due to money issues. I was wanting to return with my son in 6 months time as he will be 1 and hopefully id be back at work. I was informed by Taya that it was too late (by only 2 days) in this month to cancel the payment for next month. I asked to speak with the Manager Megan and tried to plead my case that I physically cannot afford the next payment. She pretty much said No im not willing to help, do you know how many people are cancelling at the moment?! Then practically laughed at me and hung up. I called back 6 times to continually be hung up on to finally be answered by Taya again and said Megan was supposedly on a conference call, How convenient! Im really hurt after being a customer for nearly a year I thought id get some more help and just professionalism but apparently they do not care at Canning vale Jump Swim School, their most likely laughing reading this complaint. Just disgusting customer service.

Very dissapointed, we had to miss 2 lessons as we had the flu, another lesson as we were interstate, and another as we had a car accident ON THE WAY TO OUR LESSON. No refund for missed lessons, and next to no chances to do makeup lessons. Not to mention they are 4 more expensive than anywhere else, 21 for 30mins!!!!
