Stood waiting for over 7minutes to purchase a juice whilst lady washed containers out so I asked politely if they were closed and she rudely answered ' You can see I'm cleaning up' my reply to this was ' can that not be done after I purchase as I have a cab to catch and she repeated that she was cleaning up so I walked away and purchased a drink at the pharmacy. Whatever happened to Customer Service?
Nice drinks would be good if they were at the food court instead so far to walk for a blind person they should open a store at Orion Springfield
Advertising fresh juice I was gob smacked when they used pineapple and apple juice bought from Coles, I watched then fill up the dispenser. What irked me even more was, they had both those ingredients sitting right next to the juicer. And it was working, they put the water melon through it. What a shame.
Staff are very unprofessional
