went there recently and as we were entering we were all happy and excited for sweet dessert, next minute we received the most unwelcoming service by the male server, we then proceeded to sit down and as we sat down waiting for our food I seen a plate of churros put up near the coffee machine, I saw a guy cleaning the restaurant asw so "busy" isn't much of an excuse so no one was serving us our food. after 5 more minutes we waited just because we didn't want to risk it not being ours and still no one was serving us the food, I went up with my number TEN MINUTES later and it was our food, was so dry and cold, the lady didn't even have anything to say, I told her is this our food, she goes yh and I said I'm going to take it to my table instead of waiting as we are very hungry, all she said was okay. I've never felt like ive wasted money up until this day!! customer service needs to be improved and also putting more staff on if its too busy
