The person I was corresponding with handled his business with a lot of genuine care and compassion. They managed to resurrect my old photos from a severely old computer where the hard drive had been wiped, I honestly thought would be impossible. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Amazing customer service, the Macworx crew handled my MacBook issues quickly. I have been in many times over the past 6 years and without fail received amazing customer service every time. Repairs were done as fast and efficiently as possible, and I would recommend anyone in need of a repair or help to go there, had a much better experience than at the Apple Store on Hay Street.
Level of service is good and very professional in providing the correct advice regarding Apple products, a good place to take your devices instead of having to travel all the way into the city.
