Thank you to all staff (clerk, reception, nurses, doctors) at Joondalup Hospital. They treated me with great professionalism, care and support. The medical care I received pre, during and post my plastic surgery on my cut finger was absolutely amazing. Thank you all again so much for looking after me on Saturday 13th March 2021. The nurse I had was absolutely lovely and so kind. I'm really not good with needles but he let my partner come through to comfort me and he did it with no pain at all! He was incredible, kind and kept a cheerful attitude and did everything he could to help me. Lovely staff there and always happy to answer any questions. They mad me feel at ease and comfortable. Youre all amazing at what you do
A big thank you to all he Staff at the Emergemcy Trama unit, in particular Dr France, Jen abd Vanessa, Guven the volume of people they look after on a day to day basis my experience was nothing but flawless. I am still a bemused by the ammount of times I was requested for my Medicare Card and my normal Doctors details by the administration. To all the nay sayers walking out after 2-3 hours, couldn't have been that important if you had to leave!
Had to go to JHE last night with my daughter. It was very busy, but staff on front were fantastic, calm, cheerful, sorting everyone out. The staff at the back were so nice, quick, professional. The doctor was excellent. The atmosphere was calm, cheerful and professional throughout. Well done JHE you are doing an excellent job in difficult and stressful circumstances.
In the midst of Covid I walked into emergency expecting a lengthy wait. Not this day Staff were amazing, organised and friendly. I was then sent over to another emergency unit. There was a wait here, but staff were attentive in the process. My Nurse Practioner Vanessa S was delightful. I couldn't fault the place or staff. Well done.
Literally THE worst emergency ward i've ever seen in my life. I waited there for almost 2 hours and then just walked out.

There are so many negative reviews here, it's so sad to see! I wish more people would post positive reviews so here is mine. For every time that I have had to come here (touch wood, only been 3 times), I was looked after, hubby was looked after. We are so incredibly fortunate to have great health care in Australia. Things may not be perfect but I am rest assured in the fact I'm taken care of. Thank you to all the staff at JHE
