What can I say that won't sound cheesy? I received a call from Keith about a telescope that was on back-order and had finally arrived. The next day it arrived ... in Albany. I have never experienced such attention and service. Absolutely 5 star service.

Keith and his staff are great, the prices are really good and you get the gift of their extensive knowledge. Such a kind and courteous team, its a pleasure to shop there. I look forward to doing business well into the future.
First of all. this shop is fantastic. They have the most friendly-EST staff members. they are always willing to help me with my enquires regard to my purchases for my celestron telescope. I live in NSW. and there was once i forgot there is a three hour time difference. and i call in the morning 9am sydney time and 6am perth time. and because their shop is closed. the call got transfered to their worker or manager's own phone. and i woke him up. Even now i still feel very sorry about this. The person who pickes up the phone had every right to be angry and mad at me. but he laughed and helped me and asked me politely to call the shop back at 8:30am perth time. and when i did call back, they said they will work on it. and they problem was solved the next day.
Have dealt with Keith and staff on numerous occasions and can not recommend them enough. They are extremely helpful guys, and will not try to push you in any particular direction but rather will listen to your requirements and suggest the best solution for you
