I was over the moon with the products we ordered from Diskbank. As part of a business order, we requested 100 x 16GB branded, wooden USBs. The team at Diskbank were terrific at helping us along the way. They were able to recommend the size of USB based on our needs, as well as the type / colour of wood to select. Really happy with the result! Would recommend to anyone.

Not a good experience with this company. Dropped 5 x 8mm home reels off on the 11th August and was behind a gentleman that was getting served. He was told 2-3 weeks. When I was served I kindly said to the man behind the counter 2-3 weeks to pick up he said about 1-2 weeks i was surprised and said great it will be ready for fathers day. After the 3 week mark I rang and was informed that it is not ready but could be ready the Friday as Fathers day was Sunday or early the next week. I rang on the 4th week (today) 8th September for them to still give me no answer. 2 minutes later I missed a phone call from them informing me that it was actually ready on the Friday 4th September and a email was sent. I have been checking my emails and not received any from diskbank. I don't know if it was because I was a small customer not a corporation that they were not interested with my business. I will never use them again.
