Excellent showroom with a wide selection of tiles; however this is not the best part of Johnson Tiles. The service is OUTSTANDING!!! Joe greets you warmly and Bryce goes out of his way to make sure he meets your demands. He is a lovely, helpful and kind person who knows his stuff and ensures you leave the store feeling confident in your choices. Highly recommend this place!!!!!

Every time I have been into Johnson Tiles it has been a very rewarding experience with the staff so helpful and today was the same. Bryce was so helpful and went out of his way to get floor tiles for me to match existing ones purchased some time ago which had been discontinued. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Great service here. We had helpful advice from the young sales assistant. He took us through the range and even beat the price we had from a competitor in Mitcham. This is the second renovation I have used Johnson Tiles for and I have found them exemplary in all aspects of the experience. They even refunded in full an extra box of tiles we had that was not required.
Bryce served us when we were choosing tiles for our ensuite. He was very helpful and gave us some good advice. When we returned to pick up the tiles, the 2 staff members we first dealt with were in no rush to serve us, but thankfully Bryce took over and again, he was a great help with grout and sealer selection. Thanks Bryce, you are an asset to Johnson Tiles.
